Travelin offers electronic check-in, a list of dining and shop, Digitalized Travel Documentation for flight boarding, and other services of Travelin Mobile Applications. In this Privacy Policy, we (PT Angkasa Pura II) are Company engaged in the business of airport services and airport-related services, which will be the controller of every data that is processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

Travelin collects, record, and process information to provide better services to all its users from personal data and other personal information, including name, phone number, email address, profile photo, and information that may be required.

Account information: information required when registering an account, such as your name, email address, phone number, device id, and profile photo to create Travelin Profile. Travelin will explicitly indicate the fields for mandatory completion. If you do not enter the requisite data in these fields, you will not be able to register your account or be provided with certain features, such as Electronic Check-in and TravelinPass.
 
Information we collect as you use our services:
 
We collect information about your activity in the application, which we use to provide you with the services of Travelin, including features to personalize your experience. Includes finding you the preferred and proposing a favorite menu or activity in the application.
 
The user understands and consciously and without coercion from any party agrees to accept all the terms and conditions stated in this Travelin Privacy Policy.

We always manage the Information and Personal Data we have obtained by following the appropriate security rules and standards. By accessing Travelin, you agree that we may collect, store, and use information collected from or provided by us and our partners, third parties we work with, or other institutions that are legally entitled to request data for the benefit of the user, including but not limited to the:

Use your information to ensure our services are working as intended and to improve a service or to develop new features or services.

  • Use the information we collect to operate the Travelin to customize your experience.
  • we collect and store user photos for identity verification when using the TravelinPass services. Identity verification is only carried out for Indonesian citizens who are integrated with the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. User photos are stored and will be used as a comparison with data from the travelinpass biometric device.
  • Carry out the company obligations regarding the implementation cooperation with third parties.
  • For further publication, distribution, promotion, and services development of the Travelin Platform.
  • Providing information required or submitted to governmental, regulatory, and, or legal authorities (including a submission from domestic and foreign governmental, regulatory, and, or legal authorities for the sake of law and compliance with applicable laws both inside and outside the territory of Indonesia).
  • For audits and, or other examinations related to the use of the Travelin Platform, including inspection of alleged violations of the terms and conditions of the Travelin Platform.
  • As a form of customer support, handling and resolving complaints, questions, or investigations.
  • To observe the usage of the Service, detect, avoid, and address technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your information and Personal Data to third parties.

We will not share your personal information with others except for the following conditions and purposes:

  • Users share personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and profile photo directly to the Travelin Platform. It may also be shared with an associate business partner to carry out their work and to improve business development.
  • The disclosure process is needed for other parties who have signed a confidentiality agreement with the Company.
  • If required by law or compliance with the law (legal compliance) based on the prevailing law and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
  • In any case of dispute or legal proceedings between you and Company, you and other users concerning, or about the Services.
  • In any case where Travelin reasonably believes that sharing information is necessary to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of Travelin, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law, including to prevent imminent physical damage or damage to property.
